Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and Mixue88 (hereinafter referred to as "Mixue88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming services accessible at mixue88.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the Mixue88 platform — whether for casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, or any other service — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of Mixue88, including players accessing the platform from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and all other locations where the platform may be accessed. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account with Mixue88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Mixue88 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other form of legal entity. Institutional or corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Mixue88 platform or any platform operated by the same group entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited or restricted by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. The responsibility for determining legal compliance rests entirely with the Player.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of Mixue88 or its affiliated game provider partners.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Player Account on Mixue88. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified Mixue88 of unauthorised access without delay.
• Mixue88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of RM10 may be applied to dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying all pending wagering requirements) will be processed via your last verified withdrawal method.

By using the Mixue88 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional systems, including but not limited to sports betting syndicate arrangements intended to exploit our odds.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. Mixue88 maintains an active AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring programme.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the platform to obtain funds, credits, or advantages not legitimately available to other players. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or proprietary information from the platform without prior written authorisation from Mixue88.

Mixue88 reserves the right to monitor all account activity and to investigate any behaviour that appears to be in breach of these Terms. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All Player Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mixue88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5–30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Mixue88 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the Player Account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and the associated Player Account may be suspended.
• Mixue88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, including source-of-funds declarations for withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000.

Mixue88 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a Player Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds simultaneously, wagers will typically be applied to real-money funds first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Mixue88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already validly claimed.
• Bonuses credited to an account in error — whether due to a technical fault, system error, or administrative mistake — remain the property of Mixue88 and may be reclaimed at any time. Players are obligated to notify support of any such errors.
• Winnings obtained from Free Bets or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Mixue88 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and competitive gaming environment. All casino games offered on the platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from internationally audited providers. Sports betting odds are independently set and updated based on live market data.

The following conduct is classified as prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and potential legal action:

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple outcomes or platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee a profit regardless of result, particularly in a manner that exploits our promotional offers or odds discrepancies.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately transferring chips or funds to another player in live casino or poker games through intentional loss of hands.
• Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your Player Account, whether for the purpose of gaming, withdrawing funds, or any other reason.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion or in violation of specific promotion terms.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be banned permanently and pursued for recovery of the disputed amounts.

All content on the Mixue88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, game designs, graphical interfaces, source code, databases, odds data, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mixue88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract odds data, game information, or other proprietary data from the platform by automated means.
• Use the Mixue88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any public-facing context without express written permission.
• Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mixue88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or gaming winnings arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors in game logic, odds display, or payout calculations caused by third-party game provider system faults, provided that Mixue88 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken in reliance on any promotional material, social media content, or third-party communications that have not been officially authorised in writing by Mixue88.

Where Mixue88's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mixue88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime involving the Player Account.
• Suspected underage gambling or registration by a person who does not meet the age eligibility requirements.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request relating to the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a current employee of Mixue88 or an affiliated party.

Upon account termination for cause, Mixue88 may withhold the Player's balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within thirty (30) days, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause in all circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of Mixue88's operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to Mixue88's internal disputes resolution team.

Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must do so in writing by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Mixue88 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the appropriate independent dispute resolution body specified by Mixue88's licensing authority. The decision of any such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Mixue88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Mixue88 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
